בעת החיבור, ובאישור בעל החשבון, האפליקציה מקבלת גישה לחשבון הגוגל של בעל החשבון בלבד:
המידע משמש אך ורק לתפעול הכלי עבור בעליו (סיכומים, תזכורות, ניהול משימות ויומן). הטקסטים נשלחים לעיבוד בשירות בינה מלאכותית (Anthropic) כדי להבין בקשות ולהכין סיכומים. המידע אינו נמכר, אינו משותף עם צד שלישי לצורכי פרסום, ואינו משמש לאימון מודלים או לפרופיילינג.
נתוני החיבור והמידע נשמרים בשרת פרטי של בעל החשבון, עם הרשאות גישה מוגבלות. אין אנליטיקה ואין מעקב באתר זה.
אפשר לבטל את הגישה בכל עת בדף "אפליקציות צד שלישי" בחשבון הגוגל, ולמחוק את הנתונים השמורים בשרת. לפניות: israel243 [at] gmail.com
השימוש והעברת מידע שהתקבל מ-Google APIs יעמדו ב-מדיניות הנתונים של Google API Services, כולל דרישות השימוש המוגבל.

Data accessed (with the owner's consent, owner's own Google account only): Gmail (reading mail to find open requests; sending meeting summaries only after the owner's explicit approval), Calendar, Tasks, Contacts and Sheets (read and add items).
Use: solely to operate the tool for its owner. Text may be processed by an AI service (Anthropic) to understand requests and write summaries. Data is not sold, not shared for advertising, and not used to train models or for profiling.
Storage: on the owner's private server with restricted access. No analytics or tracking on this site.
Revocation/deletion: revoke access any time in Google Account > Third-party access; stored data can be deleted on the server. Contact: israel243 [at] gmail.com
